Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales made on the site wintrly.com. Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on wintrly.com. Photographs are indicative and do not form part of the contract. WINTRLY undertakes to reproduce colors and details as faithfully as possible, but slight differences may result from your screen settings. The model and colorway you receive correspond to those selected when ordering.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars ($). WINTRLY reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is validated.

4. Orders

An order is final once payment is confirmed. You receive a confirmation email summarizing your order: it serves as proof of purchase. WINTRLY reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom a dispute is ongoing.

5. Payment

Payment is made online at the time of the order, by credit card or the other methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secured by SSL protocol. WINTRLY does not store any banking data.

6. Delivery

Delivery methods, costs and times are described in the Shipping Policy. The times indicated are estimates and not binding deadlines.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, under the terms set out in the Return Policy.

8. Legal warranty

All products benefit from the 24-month legal warranty of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code, and from the warranty against hidden defects.

9. Governing law and complaints

These terms are subject to the law applicable to consumers residing in the European Union. In the event of a dispute, we always seek an amicable solution: write to sav@wintrly.com. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
