You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Money back, no drama.

Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the item has to be:

• unworn;
• unwashed;
• with the tags intact and still attached;
• in its original packaging.

An item that has been worn, washed, or has no tags cannot be taken back.

How to return

1. Write to us from the Contact us page, within 30 days of delivery.
2. Give us your order number and the item concerned.
3. We reply with the steps and the return address.
4. Ship the item back, then send us the proof of shipment.

Never send a package without contacting us first — without an agreement we can't match it to your order.

Your refund

As soon as we receive your return and check the item, we issue the refund to the payment method used for the order.

How long it then takes to show up in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged item or wrong order

If your item arrives with a defect, or it isn't what you ordered, write to us right away from the Contact us page with your order number and photos. We'll sort it out fast.
