Shipping

Shipping is free across the United States. No hidden fees, no minimum order.

Timing

• Processing — your order leaves our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery — you get your package 5–8 business days after it ships.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays don't count.

Tracking

As soon as your package ships, you get an email with your tracking number. You can follow it at any time.

If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or your promotions tab. It often ends up in there.

Package running late?

It happens that a package gets held up at the carrier. If you're past 8 business days with no news, write to us from the Contact us page with your order number. We'll look into it with you.
